Raymond E. Halacey died in 2007 at age 81. WWII Veteran. He worked at Disney in California and created some of the Peter Pan cels for the movie. He lived in PA for some time and drew street scenes, this being one of them. There is some History with this place, the town being renamed for it and all, New Hope Mills. It was a mill that burned, and they saved it and turned it into a theater "playhouse" in the 30's. Most recently reopened in 2012 after renovations. And of course, they renamed the town again, New Hope, PA.
